02 / THE APPROACH

Start with the work.
Keep people at the center.

Healthcare has its own constraints: limited staff time, complex workflows, sensitive information, and a mission that comes first. Good AI work starts there.

  1. 01

    Understand

Listen to your team. Map the problem, the workflow, and what a useful result would look like.

  2. 02

    Build & test

Start with a focused pilot. Evaluate quality, effort, and risks in the context of your organization.

  3. 03

    Put it to work

Refine what works, document the limits, and equip your team to own the next steps.

03 / YOUR ADVISOR

Healthcare experience.
A practical AI perspective.
